"It is truly a pleasure to work with Old Carolina." -Riverside Brick Company

06/07/2017 -

Subject: Thank you

Gentlemen,
I would like to take a second to thank you for all the hard work and patience you have exuded in helping us with these last two projects.
I promise it will pay off eventually. It is truly a pleasure to work with Old Carolina. And your professionalism shines above all others. In the
world we live in today those are qualities most companies fall short on. So on behalf of Riverside Brick I wanted to say thank you. We do
appreciate it.

Sincerely,
                    Jim Stilwell

"You will not be disappointed when you order products from this company."

11/14/2016 -

Had a fireplace kit from Old Carolina Brick Co installed in our master bedroom in the Savannah Grey colorway. It looks as though we had an antique fireplace dismantled and re-assembled in our home. Just beautiful and look forward to using more of their products in other interior and exterior projects. You will not be disappointed when you order products from this company.

Your brick show the sincerity of hand craftsmanship, and a level of authenticity unequaled.

04/14/2016 -

I want to thank you for the sample Jefferson College brick you have sent, and I am writing in this regard.

I can't tell how, upon opening the cartons and setting out the brick, I was struck with how beautiful they are. They show the sincerity of hand craftmanship, and a level of authenticity unequalled. I looked at these samples, the subtle variations of surface and rich character, and thought to myself that I was looking at "brand new 250 year old brick." My wife made the simple, but appropriate statement, "There is nothing else like these, they look exactly like the 18th century brick we have seen."

There is a quality evident in the brick of something so rare today, that of real and lasting architecture, true architecture.

I want to thank you and your team for the hard work you are doing, to make these brick cannot be east, but I want you to know that your work is appreciated, and will serve us and God willing, generations to come, with beauty and purpose.

Best regards, thank you for all your kind help,

Louis and Barbara Genatossio

"I know you guys have plenty of celebrity references, but I respectfully say that NONE could be happier with the customer service or the quality and beauty of your product."

03/14/2016 -

Old Carolina Brick,

My wife and I recently purchased 5000 Savannah Grey for the foundation of our home. Our original inquiry was answered by Art Burkhart and he had all the answers to our questions. We decided we liked the Savannah Grey but still felt like we needed to see the brick first hand. My wife called the office and Tammy & Art set up a time for us to come in. When we arrived, we were treated just as we were through the emails and phone calls; superior. Art explained the process of making the brick and showed us real samples of brick we were interested in. Art then took us to a home nearby that was bricked with the Savannah Grey. I know its your job to sell brick but I couldn't have been treated any better if it would have been 500,000 brick. And for this I am truly greatful. My home will always be available to your potential customers to view if you wish. I know you guys have plenty of celebrity references, but I respectfully say that NONE could be happier with the customer service or the quality and beauty of your product.

Thanks.

Adam Rogers

"Old Carolina Brick is the "Maserati" of the brick world.." The Exum Company

11/12/2014 -

"The Exum Company, for the past thirty years has been a proud distributor of Old Carolina Brick Company throughout the Midlands and surrounding areas of South Carolina.  There is not a manufacturer in the industry that presents itself with the same composure and elegance as Old Carolina.  From the products that they manufacture to the people that they employ, they are second to none and an absolute pleasure with which to work.

Jokingly we tell our clients that if compared to an automobile, Old Carolina brick is the "Maserati" of the brick world.  The product speaks for itself, with its timeless aesthetics and stand alone appeal.  The projects we have completed in South Carolina are better than the best billboard advertisement that any company could have. We have clients that come into our showroom or call us on the telephone time and time again and ask us to identify a brick on a house with a certain address; this being said nine times out of ten it's an Old Carolina handmade brick.  Through countless conversations we find that we have memorized the addresses of these fine homes by heart.

Old Carolina is a mainstay in regards to the brick lines that we carry here at The Exum Company.  We pride ourselves on being able to offer our clients a "top of the line" product at the same time delivering customer service that is unmatched.

We have cherished our relationship with Old Carolina Brick Company over the past years and look forward to the many more years of being a part of their wonderful family."

I cannot think of a time when OCB did not exceed our customers expectations.." Mack Brick Co.

11/12/2014 -

Quite often customers are quick to send notes critical of product and producer. We at Mack Brick Company wish to counter the convention by writing to say 'Thanks - job well done' to everyone at Old Carolina Brick Company!

Looking back at over three decades representing your products, I cannot think of a time when Old Carolina Brick did not exceed our customer's expectations! Many of our customers are developers who understand the value a traditonal handmade brick brings to their projects. Homeowners, builders and developers also understand the value of curb appeal - Old Carolina handmade brick look authentic when compared to 18th Century handmade brick we see in New England. The ultimate compliment when a passerby commented that there were so few traditional 1700's colonial homes remaining in Connecticut. This as he stopped to watch workers put the finishing touches on a new home featuring your Tryon Oversize brick!

From product development and innovation to shapes expertise and brick matching, nobody does it better than Old Carolina Brick. Again let me repeat - job well done!

Christopher L. Meyers

"Thank you for continuing a really important tradition.." Tom Fisher Custom Brick & Supply Co.

11/12/2014 -

"..what a privilege it is to represent you and your products!   We've been with you since we started in 1961 -- and you were around long before that!!  But doing the same thing all along -- making brick by hand -- personalizing them the way it was in the beginning, but you're still doing it!  What a special thing --- to offer people a product like this nowadays --- made the old-timey way!  The result of course, is that handmade appearance, with folds in the clay and a softness in both texture and color that cannot be duplicated by machine --.  Additionally, you're able to do this with many different colors, and even customize it to match a target.  Sorry to be saying what you do --- since you obviously know all this --, but just wanted to say "thank you" for continuing a really important tradition --- and allowing us here at Custom Brick & Supply Company to be a part of it!     Tom Fisher
